Normally, a quotation for this type of cover requires the completion of a 6 - 8 page document, however we are now usually able to obtain an indication of premium following the completion of the following document, along with copies of corporate brochures/leaflets (where available) and copies of all principals/partners/directors C.V.'s in respect of new start-up companies. Word or similar word processor documents may be sent as attachments by email or may be faxed to this office. Additional information or documentation may be required if the quotation is to be taken up.
